Also, the marriage license is only valid for 60 days after filing for one, so you must be getting married before it runs out.

- A marriage license varies from county to county, and fees usually range between $40.00 - $50.00. Check to see what forms of payment are accepted (cash, personal check, money order) as this also varies.
